Hello, students and parents! I put together some of my favorite resources to share with you. You will find that many of these activities can be done as a family or independently.  Please reach out to me if I can help you in any way.

Online Books- links to many online books to keep students with various interests reading, Mrs. Misztak’s suggestions: MyOn is a great resource for all elementary students. Students can create reading lists within MyOn and utilize the read aloud option for many of the texts.

Author and Illustrator Visits- Mrs. Misztak’s favorites are Lunch Doodles with Mo Williams, NASA’s Storytime from Space, and Lauren Tarshis reading from her “I Survived,” series (Tarshis’s read aloud series is great for grades 2-5).

Virtual Field Trips: Travel to unique places with the click of your mouse. Mrs. Misztak’s favorites:  ALL OF THEM! Definitely check out Mars, The Great Wall of China, and Yellowstone
